Warranty Policy

All products carry the full manufacturer’s warranty. We do not offer any product warranty that extends beyond the manufacturer’s warranty terms. This warranty would be from the date that it was ordered. The warranty would be 1 year from the time of purchase. Once a part leaves the USA we are unable to warranty those parts. All parts must be inspected once they arrive. Waiting days or weeks will void us being able to recover cost from a shipment damage claim.

All freight must be inspected at the time of delivery. If you fail to inspect the package and there is damage the freight company will not cover the claim and you will be stuck with damaged goods. All damage must be noted with the driver and then you must contact us.

No PARTS WARRANTY – “AS IS” Mopar Performance parts beginning with a “P” prefix are sold “as is” as stated in the Mopar Performance catalog. This means that parts sold by Roseville Moparts or Roseville Chrysler-Jeep carry no warranty whatsoever.

MOPAR PERFORMANCE CRATE ENGINE 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY. Crate engine assemblies not used for competition are warranted for “PARTS ONLY,” as delivered against defects in materials or workmanship for 90-days.
