B-body Main Support, Double Loop Design

Description

This is the main support hanger that does two jobs. Hangs and supports the exhaust system and clamps the tailpipe to the muffler as well. The 5/16 bolt secures the main support hanger to the floor pan bracket which is mounted on the floor pan of the car.

This is the hanger found on Hemi and some 6 pak applications. The construction is of the heaviest design possible with 3/8″ u-bolts. Can also be used on A body applications. Used with factory 2.25″ mufflers.
